Us by Inawa is designed to protect the privacy of couples. This page explains what data is processed and why.

Data processed

• Account information (email, Apple ID, or Google account, user identifier).
• Profile information (display name, date of birth — optional, used only for birthday reminders).
• Relationship information (role in space, gender identity — optional, used only to personalize your space experience, pronouns — optional).
• Content shared in the space (messages, media, files).
• Technical metadata (device, iOS version, diagnostics logs).
• Push notification tokens (for alerts).

Why we use it

• Provide core features (messaging, albums, calls, etc.).
• Secure access and prevent abuse.
• Send notifications related to your space.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Some data is processed by our technical providers (hosting, storage, audio/video calls) only to run the service.

Retention

Data is kept as long as your account is active or until deletion/archiving according to product rules.

Your rights
