Us is a private messaging application designed for couples. The Service allows users to create a shared space for communication, share media, and use features designed to strengthen their relationship.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To use Us, you must create an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@inawa.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
